About Me

For those who don’t know me, I’m Christelle, originally from France. After traveling to many countries, I eventually settled in Riverview, Florida, with my family. Before discovering my path in baking, I worked at Newcastle and Stansted airports in England and later as a flight attendant in the Middle East. Baking, however, has always been part of my life. Growing up, my mom and I would bake together on Sundays—a little tradition that stayed close to my heart. After moving to the U.S., I decided to turn that passion into something more, taking cake-decorating courses and completing formal French pastry training. I also had the wonderful opportunity to learn and work alongside a professional chef. Over the years, I’ve loved creating beautiful French pastries and desserts while also embracing the tropical flavors I discovered through my Puerto Rican husband and his beautiful island. Today, those French, Caribbean, and American influences come together in the creations I make at Oh La La Treats. The greatest reward is seeing the joy on my customers’ faces and knowing that something I created became part of their special moment. Those are the moments I will always treasure.
